  • Leading 35+ large-scale, multi-national research studies across consumer, B2B, and enterprise clients including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Expedia, informing product design, business strategy, and market growth decisions.

  • Partnering with product managers, designers, developers, and recruiting vendors across client organizations to scope, execute, and socialize research, serving as both the primary researcher and strategic advisor on study design.

  • Developing and delivering training on AI-assisted research workflows, unmoderated methods, and participant recruitment tooling, positioning the organization ahead of industry shifts in research efficiency.

  • Directed 25+ cross-functional research teams on indie and AAA games, leading end-to-end studies that informed product, design, and business decisions. (Shipped titles: World of Tanks, Storm Gate, Raji: An Ancient Epic, Shatterline,  Steel Hunters, Rite of Titans)

  • Leveraged psychographic cohort methods to uncover player demographics, motivations, and preferences across games and platforms, combining qualitative and quantitative data to inform game design and player experience.

  • Conducted usability studies and playtests to balance in-game success with optimal challenge, analyzing how game mechanics, feedback clarity, player communication, and aesthetics shaped the experience across player segments.

  • Trained and mentored 30+ UX research interns, improving team efficiency, research quality, and long-term program success.

  • Led and piloted research methods to remote environments, expanding capabilities across recruiting, data collection, and participant engagement during the pandemic.
